Nima Nami is a native of Tehran, Iran. He emigrated to the United States at the age of nine. In 1993 he graduated from University of Southern California, in Los Angeles, obtaining both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

One year after receiving his undergraduate degree, Mr. Nami obtained his California Real Estate Broker’s License, which he continues to maintain, (DRE License # 01182422).

In 1995, after two years of study, Mr. Nami received his Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law, in San Francisco, and the following year a Masters of Law (LL.M.) degree in Taxation (also from Golden Gate Law School).

In 1995, Mr. Nami clerked for San Francisco Superior Court Judge Lee Baxter, assisting her in a variety of matters including preparing sentencing memos and making recommendations concerning pre-trial motions.

For the past decade Mr. Nami has represented individual plaintiffs and companies in a wide variety of civil litigation matters including: employment discrimination, breach of employment contracts, commercial and business disputes, and personal injury cases.

Mr. Nami also has prior experience operating a business (he founded ABS Distribution, LLC) and has been a general partner in development projects.

Mr. Nami is fluent in Farsi. He became a naturalized U.S. Citizen in 2005.
