Brian Brazier is a native of Orange County, California.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University, where he majored in Middle Eastern Languages and Cultures and Russian Literature.  His senior year, he was named a member of the university’s Knickerbocker Society.

Mr. Brazier received his Juris Doctorate degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in San Francisco.  At Hastings, he was Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, and received awards for his oral advocacy.

Prior to law school, Mr. Brazier worked for the United States Department of State in Jerusalem. He also worked for the government of the Republic of Georgia, assisting in negotiations regarding the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil and natural gas pipeline project.

As an attorney, Mr. Brazier’s practice includes matters of complex civil litigation. He represents clients at all stages of civil proceedings with a focus on constitutional law and civil rights litigation.  He is committed to representing citizens of all backgrounds against corporate and governmental abuse.

Mr. Brazier speaks Arabic, Russian, Italian, French, and Spanish with varying degrees of fluency.
